QuestionWhy can't my tv pick up a signal from my mac laptop when I plug the HDMI in? No signal (is it on)... It works on other tv's I have so it's not the hdmi, and the port I have it plugged in picks up signal when I plugged my PS4 into that slot. Any solutions?

- Answer Make sure you labtop is set to project signal out of your video card. It's plug and play for the tv but you have the tell your pc to turn on the hdmi port.

QuestionHOw do I adjust the volume? I have the TV set on the loudest setting, but volume is still low. Is there additional settings or am I going to have to purchase speakers?

- Answer I had the same problem.I solved it by getting an inexpensive sound bar (an Insignia),sound is much improved.

- Answer make sure you setup for HD. I set up an antenna to High Definition channels, check the difference between streaming and antenna . what up stream might not be high difinition.

QuestionI recently bought this off ebay from best buy store. I don't have a big car to haul around a tv, it came to me and with no remote in the box. If I order another identical remote, will it work then. I haven't even been able to set it up.

- Answer the remote is hidden under the Styrofoam in the bottom of the box. Hope you didn't throw away the box.

QuestionEvery morning I have to reconnect the internet. It doesn't automatically find my connection and sometime I have to do it 2 or 3 times. Could this be a Roku problem? Tnx

- Answer My Roku stays connected to my wireless connection. Did you look through the settings to make sure there isnt a specific setting which is disconnecting the Roku? Also, assuming it is a wireless connection how is the signal strength? you may need a booster- Good luck J

QuestionHas anyone experience intermittent lockup or freeze issues? This happened while navigating Netflix (fast forward/rewind a movie) or while doing the same with Sling tv. This happened to both tv's we purchased. My internet connection is great.

QuestionBest Buy, Insignia or the maker of? Why make a current day television with ONLY 1 HDMI input with ARC??? I would consider it common knowledge that people need at least two. One for their cable/satellite box and one for their BD/DVD player! Why?
