• No, which is really upsetting. My daughter wants them spinning constantly, so you get to do that part. Should be an obvious feature given how much this thing costs.

• No, it is by far the most disappointing and annoying part of the chair. Everything else is so perfect like why put something so worthless as an attachment like as expensive as this chair is why add something so cheap smh. They definitely could have done better on that part.
