I have 2 players neither one them works. I have to send to Samsung to fix. i tried everything and even hired an expert Unbelievable I will never buy Samsung again The problwm was Samsung updated the systems and messed up. They worked great till they did the update. They mess up and customer suffers There C Service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Stay away from chat. Most incompetent Best Buy would do nothing but at least they underatood. FYI I don't blame them even though a great company should handle it for you. Companies should learn it is SERVICE that brings ustomers back. Anything can have a problem. It is how it is handled that matters
