“Do I have to have the box in order to have my cordless vacuum checked incase it needs to be replaced? I need the middle long bar (or tube not sure what it'scalled) it's loose from the part the where it gets adapted to the trash dispenser.”

• Just walk in with what you have , only because you wont use anyways . They will take care of you with no hassle. That was my experience with them .
