“I bought $280 5 year warranty for my TV. The back light went out after 15 months and they are going to replace it with a different TV of equal value. Does my warranty transfer or do I have to pay for a new warranty because of being a new TV.”

Yes, I believe the associate told us that if they have to replace our TV they will refund the price of the tv and the warranty.
