• I would contact Samsung using the number provided with your warranty. If you are still in the warranty period, it shouldn’t have developed rust yet and I would think you have a valid claim. I’m assuming the rust is in the drum and you’ve done nothing to cause abrasions or tossed in caustic rags or the like.
