Because they came to your home as scheduled.  Reschedule a bew appointment and havs the correct parts before they come

Just want to say I am experiencing the same thing; installation is incomplete due to my mount and cables needed and they ( call center) telling me they cannot reschedule because the first visit hasn’t been closed out. So frustrating.
