• A:Answer I have had this happen once, and I reached out to Best Buy customer service for gift cards. They had to manually fix it because the code would not work when I tried to redeem in Itunes. Call 1.888.716.7994, press 1 for English and then it will ask you to enter the gift card number... listen to the prompt in order to speak to someone.
