“How l I ng it takes for a full charge? We charged it when arrived and used it but never paid attention on how many charge it had, it drained and now it has charged less than 50% in 12 hrs”

Thanks! I tried charging 2 full days and the app.showed 50% but the screen only 1 bar. I decided to return it and will be getting another one
