No. As far as I'm aware there is no plug adapter available unfortunately.

Certain stores may carry it in-stock. And no, it is just the USB cable.

I would recommend just buying it online. I tried getting it at the store several times, but they were always out. You would have to get your own plug adapter, but it's a standard USB plug, I use the same one I charge my cell phone with.

Yes, and any USB adaptor plug will work to include iPhone and iPad plugs
