Paid. How do i get? null

I never got to use mine that I received free with purchase

I would give it sometime. If still nothing, after a bit, I would reach back out to customer service

Im not sure. Their "offshore" customer service center is incompetent and unable to resolve anything. Expect several case numbers generated, each representing the utter demise of best buy. I really dont think theres a solution to any problem on their end. Did I mention how highly incompetent their customer service is?
