Will it extend an existing contract by 6 months null

Im not sure. Their "offshore" customer service center is incompetent and unable to resolve anything. Expect several case numbers generated, each representing the utter demise of best buy. I really dont think theres a solution to any problem on their end. Did I mention how highly incompetent their customer service is?
