Find the activation info Check your email from Best Buy, the dealership, or SiriusXM Or look for a card/pamphlet in the box or vehicle paperwork Get your Radio ID / ESN In your car radio: Tune to channel 0 The Radio ID usually appears on screen Activate the trial Go to: SiriusXM Activation Page Create or sign into a SiriusXM account You’ll typically use: Email Phone number Radio ID Refresh the signal After activation, leave the car/radio on outside for a few minutes if channels do not appear immediately.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Im not sure. Their "offshore" customer service center is incompetent and unable to resolve anything. Expect several case numbers generated, each representing the utter demise of best buy. I really dont think theres a solution to any problem on their end. Did I mention how highly incompetent their customer service is?
