• small remote control has a setting for 3 D sound. this allows all attached devices to be surround sound. and is very decent surround sound for money without wires to rear speakers

• One of the sound settings available is labelled "announcer", which seems to tailor the sound around the voice frequencies and concentrate the delivery from the center front. It helps when voice content is the main focus, but sucks for music with this setting.
