QuestionWhat is the best wall mount for this TV if it is being placed on drywall above a fireplace w/insert? Our fully extendable, tiltable, & turnable mount caused the TV to stick out 6+”from the wall when fully closed—much too far out when the fireplace was on.

- Answer I would not recommend mounting any tv over a working fireplace. The extra heat and ash is never good for any electronics

- Answer Our existing TV stand is also too small for this set; what we did was obtain a 1"x12"x 6' board (actual width 11 1/4 inches), cut it to 62" length, stained it and varnished it to match our table and CAREFULLY positioned the board on the table and set the TV on it . The width of the "feet" are just under 11" -This should work until we invest in a bigger table.

QuestionWith the bottom 2/3 of the TV being thicker than the top, what is the safest way to attach mounting brackets? Centered with the whole TV, or flush with the thicker section so there is no gap between the bracket and TV?

QuestionHi, I have an Apple TV 4K. Using the certified belkin cable. I set it to dobly vision when I set it up and the screen is green. Set it to hdr10 it works fine. Tried everything I found online nothing worked. Any ideas? will return it if this can't be fixed

QuestionIs anyone using a Third Party Center Stand that mounts to the Wall Mounting Holes in the back? If so, what mount/stand are you using. I hate that most TVs (except for expensive OLED) have Feet on the ends of the TVs.

- Answer To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’.

- Answer The tv is has back up power. I change the input to a port that is unused that way there is not power going to the tv. This will fix your problem of it turning on. If no picture is going to it, it will remain off
