I had similar problems . I added an optical cable from the receiver to the tv and if I remember correctly, that solved the problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.on your TV you have to plug it to the HDMI ARC, once you identify the connection plug it, turn off everything and then ON that way it will identify what is connected there.
