Did you check your set up guide under the Trouble shooting section? Did you try disconnecting everything and then reconnecting? Did you download the AV Setup Guide to assist you? Its a free app that was mentioned in the instructions that came with the product. I'm sure the instructions also have a help phone number to also assist you.
