How di I put this band on my Fitbit charge 3 null

You press the end on the Fitbit Charge 3 and take off the strap. Replace the new strap the same way.

Press the little button on each strap to release the strap from the watch, then click the new strap into place. The button is on the underside of the strap, right next to the watch. You can press it in with the tip of your finger.
