I had to email Best Buy from the Best Buy forums. They sent me the code within 10 minutes. After I went through all of that, I finally received my code about a week after I bought the game...

usually you won't get the download until the game is actually purchased, meaning your card charged. If it is out of stock they won't charge you until it is shipped. Once shipped you should get your download.

Within one hour of store pick up for my self I have a email from Best Buy that says Xbox live digital product. That’s the download email page for my game. Check email the day of release.

I had the same issues. I had to call best buy and give them my order number. They then transferred me to another dept and issued a ticket to have the code re generated. Took 24hrs to receive my code.
