I had to email Best Buy from the Best Buy forums. They sent me the code within 10 minutes. After I went through all of that, I finally received my code about a week after I bought the game...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issues. I had to call best buy and give them my order number. They then transferred me to another dept and issued a ticket to have the code re generated. Took 24hrs to receive my code.
