You are misinformed. The physical SIZE of a computer has next-to-nothing to do with what kind or size of display it will support. Rather, it is the CAPABILITY (stats) of the GPU (which in this case is integrated) that determines the output. You could have a monitor the size of the universe, but at long as the capability of the monitor is equal to or under that of the graphics process unit on the computer (usually at least 1920x1080 (Full HD) @ 60 Hz.), the two would be compatible with each other.
