You can adjust the screen resolution anywhere from 960x640 to 2400x1350. There are five settings so you'll certainly find something that works for you. Unless your Lexmark is a really old model, I would say it will pair with this just fine. Indeed, it should pair with virtually any newer printer. Most connect via Bluetooth or Wifi, and they're easy to pair. No different than any other laptop.
