Yes- Chromebook are designed to be used primarily on the internet with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either.

We use ours in Company vehicles, so we don't allow drivers to use our equipment for those services. That said, the Chromebook will do anything a Windows based laptop will do, so yes! You can run any videos you wish..
