Chromebooks are not meant for gaming at all. You can play simple web browser games...And in the future android mobile games once the play store is added. Other than that, unless you're technically inclined and willing to dual boot linux onto the chromebook...There really wouldn't be a way to play sims (Unless theres some type of mobile sims game available on the android play store). As far as browsing the web, watching videos/movies, listening to music and word processing for school work and such; this laptop does those things perfectly fine and is what it's intended for.
