I think as a user you won't know any difference. I'm not a IT person so the eMMC - not a clue, but what I do know is that as a expert user I'd say they use these terms interchangeably. Flash storage is the less technical way to say SSD. Sure there might be other specifics, but to the end user, someone explained to me not much affects us.
