• Yes, the only thing you need to remember is that you cannot download and install programs, etc on the Chromebook. It works from apps like an Android phone or tablet.

• As long as you you can do these activities in a browser (Chrome, Edge, FireFox, etc.), the answer is yes. If you need to run/install an app(Apple, Android), the answer is probably no.
