Can it be found in store ? null

my acer 15 532 is brand new, I have had the battery cord plugged in the side. Now I get a no battery symbol and then a black screen!!! How do I get my battery going so I can use my chromebook again? I am using somebody elses now.

I bought mine in store and they had 20 in stock at the time
