Can you play the Sims 4 on it? null

You cannot install software on a Chromebook since it runs off apps like an Android phone or tablet. If Sims 4 has an app available from the Google Playstore it would work but please note that according to Google, this particular model is in the Planned stage for Google Play Store and Android apps.
