A:AnswerIt sounds like you might have a faulty NIC card in the computer itself. I also have a Chromebook, and haven't run into that issue. It lets me log into my WIFI at school and home without issues. I'd look into exchanging it if you can.
A:AnswerAll Chromebooks have a built-in PDF reader so you can view PDFs stored locally on the SSD, PDFs you have stored in Google Drive and PDFs opened from a web page. You don't need Adobe programs to read PDFs.
