- Answer Hello, Are you asking if Best Buy carries Google Docs or if the Chromebook has Google Docs? Google Docs is actually a part of Google's ecosystem and a part of a Gmail account if you have one. Google Docs is a free part of Gmail and your Google account. I hope that helps!

QuestionWifi Problems. for the studentsI adore this Chromebook! I purchased it on regards that I would only use it for college, I go on campus and since Chromebooks are internet based. I need INTERNET to connect to WIFI? its driving me mad. Schools have log-in wifi's where you put in student ID etc. Still working on this with geek squad and IT specialist at my college.

- Answer It sounds like you might have a faulty NIC card in the computer itself. I also have a Chromebook, and haven't run into that issue. It lets me log into my WIFI at school and home without issues. I'd look into exchanging it if you can.

QuestionHow much does this Acer weigh? The description says 4.85lbs. I find that to be a bit heavy for a Chromebook that doesn't even have a CD/DVD drive. My 6 year old, 15.6inch HP laptop is only 3.5. Is this weight accurate?

- Answer All Chromebooks have a built-in PDF reader so you can view PDFs stored locally on the SSD, PDFs you have stored in Google Drive and PDFs opened from a web page. You don't need Adobe programs to read PDFs.

- Answer No, this keyboard is absolutely NOT backlit. The only one I know of is the Toshiba Chromebook 2 - 2015 Edition.
