• I've ordered this laptop and returned it. This is the actual configuration: i3-7100U processor, 4GB memory, Intel HD Graphics 620, 1000 GB HD.

• The model shipped had an I3 with 4gb of ram. The header and the specs are inaccurate.

• I had a similar question .. so here's bit of research: NX.GG5AA.005 = 4GB / i3 NX.GHGAA.001 = 8GB / i5 According to Best Buy page, the model # is "NX.GG5AA.005" .. so I assume this is 4gb/i3 model.
