“My Chromebook is making popping/crackling noises when I listen to audio to long (within 10 minutes) and I just received it. What can I do to fix this problem?”

• Return it and Get Another One. Mine had a defective touchpad. I returned mine and went with the ASUS Chromebook. It is a smaller screen but I love it.

• I would consider returning it to your best buy store if the problem persists. If it's within 15 days that you bought the chromebook you can exchange it for a new one.

• Put it in a really cool place and then you can put it on a really hard surfis like a table. My mom had a problim like that and she did that and it wokred
