“Yesterday I received a response from TeamAcer saying the memory is not upgradeable on Acer Chromebook CB515-1HT-P39 but the BestBuy website shows it is upgradeable to 8MB.See memory section on https://goo.gl/DKQqH6 about 2/3 way down page. Please clarify.”

We verified with our documentation and it shows this system has one slot with 4GB onboard memory and is not upgradeable. We apologize for any confusion with the specs on Best Buy's page. Specifications are posted here as well: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.GPTAA.002
