TeXShop is a MacOS specific software which you will not be able to run on any Chromebook. Having said that, there are other alternatives available that you can use on a Chromebook. You can google and try out the other alternatives to see if they suit your needs. Anaconda Navigator can be installed on a Chromebook, however, you will need to go through some hoops to get it to work. Again, google is your best friend to get the installation instructions.
