• Yes. our Cbook only has a USB-C port so needed to get an adapter to HDMI

• Not sure, I used it as my second monitor for gaming. Had to buy a another HDMI cord. To be able to link it to the tower. I used to my a laptop hooked to monitor. It should work just pick up the right cord or connector.
