This monitor won't work on its own you need a PC or game console for it to show something on the screen, also, Monitors don't have FPS they use Hz (Hertz) which is how many times per second you monitor refreshes an image, Your FPS is based on your machine or game console, for example, if you use it for your ps4, then because the ps4 itself is only capable of producing 60 frames you will only get 60 frames no matter what monitor you have (Same applies to other things like Xbox and PCs)
