A:AnswerI'm sure the split screen ability lies in the desktop or laptop and not in the monitor itself. I use a windows powered laptop and I'm able to have two documents side by side since windows allows for easy split screen by dragging to the edge. I hope that is what you meant and that helps.

A:AnswerThis is a display device only. You cannot connect a mouse and keyboard to this monitor, nor does it support Bluetooth. You will need to connect those to the PC or laptop to which it is connected.
A:AnswerWe recommend using a soft dry cloth such as microfiber, no chemical cleaners. Acer doesn't offer a means to address a scratch on a screen, other than repair. You might go to YouTube to see if there are any videos on how to remedy a scratch on a monitor screen.
