Yes. I am using it with an older Mac (late 2010). Will need to purchase an Mini DisplayPort cable.

with HDMI, VGA, & DVI ports, I can't see why not. Many reviews that I read went straight to the point that they bought it for their Mac, their MacBook, and other Apple computers.
