• Team Acer is incorrect. This device has only ONE M.2 slot for the SSD. You can install a larger drie, but you must either reinstall the OS and all drivers / apps, or clone the old drive to the new one.

• Memory is onboard but there are two M.2 SSD slots if you need to add more storage.
