“Could you tell me how to turn down the white light brightness? I have tried the "contrast" and "brightness" options. The colors are okay, but the "white light" is so bright that it hurts my eyes. I looked online for help on YouTube etc. Thanks”

There are brightness settings in the on screen display menu settings on the monitor itself. Please contact Acer support for assistance with this; they are available 24/7 for in-warranty products and can be contacted at 866-695-2237.
