• A:Answer Acer has not tested this device and while the monitor supports up to 144hz, it appears that if the game does not support the higher refresh rate, it will not go above 60hz. You might check some PS5 forums to see if this is a common issue but if you feel that there is a problem with the monitor, please contact Acer support at 866-695-2237.
