“i recently bought this monitor and i’m waiting on its arrival. I see one comment says supports up to 244 hz a year ago. and another comment that says 165 max from 2 years ago. Which one am i getting as of 2023?”

The refresh rate for this AOPEN monitor is 240hz, not 165hz. We have notified the appropriate team to correct that typo on Best Buy's product page. Please note that while this monitor supports 240hz, the GPU in your PC/laptop must also support this higher refresh rate. The refresh rate is limited by what the GPU supports.
