Can this be down graded to windows 10? null

Yes and no... No, in that there's no way to uninstall 11 and end up with 10. However, you can do a clean install and start from scratch. I recommend backing up the drivers and software if you do that. Windows 11 is better, in my opinion.

Yes you can install Windows 10 if you want.
