I was looking recently and could not find a new computer with 10 so went ahead and bought one with windows 11. Also check the support date for 10. It won't be supported as long as I would want a computer, but I can't remember exact date no longer supported by Microsoft.

If you click on Specifications you can see where this ships with Windows 11 Home.
