DirectX 11.3 and DirectX 12.0 are included in Windows 10. <--- from the Microsoft site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/179113 Adding 10 should work as well. According to the specs site listing requirements, microsoft flight simulator X should work. I wouldnt run other software along with it though since the built in video card doesn't have its own designated memory --it shares system memory with the OS and other software running.
