I have had previous Acer products and the Acer support is non-existent. Terrible. However, I have come to expect this from most tech companies. I do have two of these laptops and they are great, but they do have a known issue with the display driver popping up a notificication that the display driver stopped responding and recovered. It is relatively minor, but annoying. I use a separate monitor so I don't even notice when the issue pops up on the laptop screen. Overall, I really like the performance of the laptop, but I don't ever plan to call their tech support.
