Can I download and use unity on this? null

As far as I can tell, you can't download anything except Android apps. For the most part, everything is cloud-based- programs and usage.

Chromebooks run off of apps like an Android phone or tablet. If the software you want to use is available as an app from Google Play Store or Chrome Web Store, then it should work. If the software has system requirements please compare those with the specs of the Chromebook to make sure it should work without issues.
