- Answer If you want to remove any existing users it's best if you power wash the Chromebook and start fresh. At that point you can add new user(s).

- Answer This Chromebook does not have a card reader so you would need to use a USB card reader for your camera memory card. Acer has not tested this configuration but theoretically it should work. You might post your question on the Acer Community forum at community.acer.com. This is a very good peer-to-peer forum for questions and answers on Acer products.
