• The screen is actually Gorilla glass and the body is drop resistant. It can break but it would need to be dropped on pavement or thrown with force to break. Dropping this on carpet or hauling it around everyday in a backpack wouldn’t bother this device at all.

• Acer does not offer a case with the Chromebook, but most any case you like that will fit a 14" laptop should work fine.
