• The height isn't adjustable. Your eyes should be aligned with the top of the monitor and you should be arm length away.

• No - there is no height adjustment and very limited tilt (forward/backward) adjustment available.

• No. the bottom edge of the monitor sits about 4" off the surface of the desk. It does tilt several degrees.
