- Answer I believe 1 year, but buy additional Geek Squad warranty if you can, invaluable, my son dropped and broke his screen and the warranty covered it.

- Answer No. But you can use a mini SD card for extra storage. An idea that I haven't tried is using a mini hdmi to female usb cable. That might allow you to use a usb drive but i don't know for sure.
