“I bought one of these Monitors for my wife as a Christmas Present. When I plug into her Desktop computer a "no signal" message comes up. Same with her hp laptop. Monitor works on my Dell laptop. Why will in it not work on my Wife's computers?????”

it works on with my HP lap top for work using the HDMI cable
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Perhaps there’s something wrong with the HDMI port on your wife’s computer. Try testing it out by connecting to a tv using the same hdmi cable. If no signal shows up there as well, most likely there’s something wrong with the hdmi port. Try cleaning it out or maybe settings are wrong (resolution settings).
